# Keyer Projection Report

The Keyer Projection Report allows you to monitor keyers' performance, gain visibility into the amount and types of tasks being performed, and anticipate future staffing needs.
## Downloading the report
The Keyer Projection Report can be accessed in **Reporting** \, **User Performance**.
In the drop-down menu, select from the pre-defined date ranges ( **Week to Date**, **Month to Date**, **Year to Date**) or choose your own date range ( **Select Date Range**). Then, click **Download Report**.
## Report contents
The file names of Keyer Projection Reports have the format _KeyerProjectionReport-YYYY-MM-DD-to-YYYY-MM-YY.zip_.

### ProjectedTranscriptionAutomation

| Each row in the response contains the
projected transcription automation for particular target accuracy.
For example, a **Checkbox Projected Automation**
value of ".79" in the "96.7" **Target Accuracy** row indicates that if you set your Checkbox Target Accuracy to 96.7%, an estimated 79% of Checkbox transcriptions will be automated.
