Measuring the accuracy of trained models is crucial to the success of your use case. In this article, you will learn what accuracy is, about the different types of accuracy, and how accuracy is determined.

System Transcription Sampled Errors

The System Transcription Sampled Errors table shows all sampled errors identified during Transcription QA in the selected time period. The System Transcription Sampled Errors table includes both field and table cell transcriptions.

Manual Accuracy vs. Machine Accuracy

The Manual Accuracy vs Machine Accuracy chart reports accuracy metrics, for both humans and the machine, over a selected date range. Note that the chart reports on an occurrence level rather than on a field level.

Document Output Accuracy

The Document Output Accuracy chart displays the accuracy of the final output, regardless of whether it was created by the machine or a keyer, for fields and table cells that were sampled for Quality Assurance (QA).
