# Time to Completion

The _Time to Completion_ chart reports the average end-to-end processing time for a selected date range. End-to-end refers to the period starting from submission to the completion of Supervision tasks.

**Average per Submission** at the bottom of the chart reports the average amount of time to complete a submission, for the selected date range.

To see more specific performance information, hover your cursor over a data point of interest and a window will display the average completion time for the chosen date.

### Filtering options

The following filtering options are available in the _Time to Completion_ chart:

- **Date range**: by default, these figures are generated with the last week's data, but can be recalculated for a custom date range.
- **Document type**: report at the Submission or Document level.
- **Layout type**: by default, all layouts will be displayed, but you can specify one or more layouts to report instead.
- **Flow type**: by default, all flows will be displayed, but you can specify one or more flows to report instead.
