Submissions SLA Report

The Submissions SLA report allows you to monitor SLA performance per submission. In the sections below, you can read more about the Submission SLA report’s metrics.

System Throughput

The System Throughput chart reports the total volume of documents processed by Hyperscience for a selected date range. You can see throughput metrics related to Submissions, Documents, Pages Processes, Pages Submitted, Fields, and Tasks.

Working Time

The Working Time charts report the total working time for both human users and the machine for a selected date range. There are two charts: Manual Working Time and Machine Working Time.
