In v38 we’re introducing a new reporting experience that can easily translate production in Hyperscience into valuable metrics. You can now estimate how effectively our product aligns with your needs and business context.
The Reporting Overview page displays three summary cards with key metrics:
Throughput — the total volume of submissions and documents processed for a selected time period. Learn more about the metrics you can see in this report in the Throughput Report (opens in new tab).
Human Handling Time— the average human handling time per unit of production (submission or a document) over a certain date range. See Human Handling Time (opens in new tab) for more information.
Lead Time - the average time it takes to process a unit of production (submission or a document) over a specific time span. Learn more about this report in Lead Time Report (opens in new tab).
