# All Users Performance Summary

The _All Users Performance Summary_ table ranks the performance metrics of each user. You can view 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows per page.

To adjust the number of rows shown, use the drop-down at the bottom right of the table.

If you would like to download the All User Performance Summary data for the selected time period, you can click **Download CSV** in the top-right corner of the report and choose from the options listed below:

- Download CSV with aggregate information within timeframe
- Download CSV and include hourly breakdown per user
  - Only hourly data for the last 30 days is stored and available for this download.

> Note that the All Users Performance Summary report doesn’t include data from Flexible Extraction and Custom Supervision tasks.

### Transcription Summary

Performance metrics for Transcription:

- User – user's email address
- Sampled Accuracy – accuracy rate for the sample size used
- Sample Size – number of entries used to sample accuracy
- Transcriptions – number of entries executed by the user
- Consensus – fields where the user keyed for consensus with another user or the machine
- QA – fields that were used for QA
- Marked Illegible – fields where the user was not able to read the data

### Field Identification Summary

Performance metrics for Identification:

- User – user's email address
- Field ID Sampled Accuracy – accuracy rate for the sample size used
- Field ID Sample Size – number of entries used to sample accuracy
- Field ID Supervision – number of Field ID entries performed in the Identification Supervision queue
- Field ID QA – fields that were used for QA
- Marked Not Present – fields that the user was not able to locate

### Table Identification Summary

- User – user's email address
- Table ID Sampled Accuracy – accuracy rate for the sample size used
- Table ID Sample Size – number of entries used to sample accuracy
- Table ID Supervision – number of Table ID entries performed in the Identification Supervision queue
- Table ID QA – table cells that were used for QA

### Classification Summary

Performance metrics for Classification:

- User – user’s email address
- Classification Sampled Accuracy – accuracy rate for the sample size used
- Classification Sample Size – number of pages used to sample accuracy
- Classification Supervision – number of pages classified in the Classification Supervision queue
- Classification QA – number of pages that were used for QA

### Filtering options

The following filtering options are available in the _All Users Performance Summary_ table:

- **Date range**: by default, these figures are generated with the last week's data, but can be recalculated for a custom date range.
- **Task type**: Transcription, Identification, or Classification data can be reported.
- **Flow type**: by default, all flows will be displayed, but you can specify one or more flows to report instead.
- **Field type**: by default, all field types will be shown, but you can specify Text, Checkboxes, and/or Signature.
