Issue
In instances with folder-based input connections (e.g., Universal Folder Listener, Box Folder Listener), the health report may contain errors similar to the one shown below:

Cause
The folder that the connection is attempting to retrieve data from does not exist.
Solution / Workaround
Do one of the following:
- Change the connection’s settings to use an existing folder.
- Create the folder already specified in the connection’s settings.
