## Issue

On new instances, submissions halt because classification is failing.

## Affected versions

V31 and later

## Affected configurations

All configurations

## Cause

No layouts have been assigned to the release. So, the application cannot find layouts to match the submissions to.

This issue is particularly common when setting up a new instance — it's easy to forget to assign layouts to the release.

## Solution / Workaround

1. Create a new release and add layouts to it.
   - To learn more, see “Adding a New Release” for your version of Hyperscience ( [v38](https://help.hyperscience.ai/general-information/docs/v38-adding-a-new-release) | [v39](https://help.hyperscience.ai/v39/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v40](https://help.hyperscience.ai/v40/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v41](https://help.hyperscience.ai/v41/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v42](https://help.hyperscience.ai/v42/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v43](https://help.hyperscience.ai/v43/docs/adding-a-new-release) ).
2. (v32 and later) Assign the release to a flow.
