Upload Submissions dialog flashes on the screen / cannot upload submissions in the application

Issue When attempting to upload a submission within the application, the Upload Submissions dialog box either does not appear or flashes momentarily before disappearing.

Submissions halt when the database connection is lost

Issue In some cases, the database connection may be lost, causing submissions to halt.
The error looks similar to the one shown below.

Submissions halt when there are no layouts assigned to the release

Issue On new instances, submissions halt because classification is failing.

Cause No layouts have been assigned to the release. So, the application cannot proceed.

Submissions with Custom Supervision tasks cause deadlock errors

Issue When 5 or more submissions with Custom Supervision tasks that contain decision-record-deletion requests are uploaded in parallel, deadlock errors may occur.

Page is Matched to Wrong Structured Layout

Issue A page is incorrectly matched to a Structured layout.

Causes The desired layout is not part of a live release. Duplicate or very similar layouts may also cause this.

Single Submission is Split Among Multiple Structured Layouts

Issue A multi-page submission is incorrectly matched to more than one Structured layout, resulting in pages that are split among different layouts.

Causes The submission may contain inconsistencies preventing proper layout matching.

Skewed Pages

Issue An entire page is skewed after Document Classification, or the page’s text is skewed and misplaced on the Structured layout.

Causes During submission, misalignment may occur due to formatting issues.
