Lead Time Report

In v38, we introduce a new reporting experience that transforms the production in Hyperscience into valuable metrics. You can now easily estimate the average time it takes to process a unit of production (submission or a document) in Hyperscience.

Human Handling Time

Having metrics showing the productivity of your keyers is crucial for determining the value that you get by using our product. In v38, we’ve introduced a more detailed report for human handling time. It displays the time it takes to process a unit of work.

Throughput Report

You can now easily estimate the total volume of submissions and documents processed by Hyperscience during a selected date range by using the Throughput report. In this article, you will learn more about the way we calculate the values included in it.
