Folder Listener only retrieving data in subfolders

Issue
The original Folder Listener connector expects files to be uploaded in batches, and the files need to be placed inside some sub-folder in the folder scanned by the connector. If files are not in a sub-folder, then they are not uploaded.

Unhealthy connection to input folder

Issue
In instances with folder-based input connections (e.g., Universal Folder Listener, Box Folder Listener), the health report may contain errors similar to the one shown below:

Folder Listener keeps creating submissions from the same files

Issue
By design, the Folder Listener will retrieve submission files from the specified target folder and then delete the original files. However, in some cases, the application keeps creating submissions from the same files in the target folder.
